The three-day Leadership Development program was held in Orlando from Friday June 11-13. The goal of the program is to "Unlock your Potential to Serve your Community and Humanity". 18 participants from Orlando, Toronto and Vancouver took part in this extensive educational experience that equipped them with tools and skills to use them in their personal and professional life.

The program provided a safe and supportive for the participants to practice the skills that they had learnt and to reflect on their learning. Many of the participants had personal moments of enlightenment and a new fund drive to pick up where they had left off and experience life to the fullest.

Participants filled out questionnaires and underwent self awareness exercises which encouraged them to look deep inside themselves to unlock their potential. It emphasized the value of differences in people and how best to utilize them.
